I am in-network with several insurance companies including Aetna*, Allied Health, Cigna, Humana, Medical Mutual**, Meritain, and Ohio Connect and Ohio Healthy. It is important you check details related to your plan to include your financial responsibility for deductible and co-payment amounts.
*State of Ohio employees please note I am NOT in network with your Aetna plan as they offer mental health coverage through Optum/UBH. Likewise, I am not in network with Trinity Health’s “Aetna” plan.
**I am in network with Medical Mutual of Ohio|Supermed but not HMO.
Please confirm that I am listed by name as an provider in your network as some plans have a more restricted list of providers they cover and others offer behavioral health coverage through a third party provider that doesn’t include me.
Out of Network Benefits
If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, you may be eligible to pursue out-of-network benefits to reimburse you for a portion of the cost of care. Please check with your insurance provider to determine the scope of out-of-network benefits available to you to include your deductible and the percentage they will reimburse you. I will provide you with the necessary documentation to support your claim for out of network benefits if they are available to you.
Please note: Multiple-hour intensive sessions are typically not covered by insurance. No show or late cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.
Therapy: I offer sessions to individuals and couples in a wide range of time intervals and fees vary depending on the length of the session. I will provide you with detailed information about fees prior to scheduling our first session.
Consulting: Fees vary for consulting services, small group facilitation, workshops and speaking engagements depending on the scope of the project. Please contact me directly to discuss your interests.
